At Blessed Scriptures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• Item must not be damaged due to misuse or improper care

Please note: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including jewelry that has been worn or wall art that has been installed or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@blessedscriptures.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our team

Important: Do not send your item back without first receiving return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

Defective or Damaged Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Wrong Item Sent: We will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@blessedscriptures.com with your order details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
• A description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your shipment and being available to receive it. If you have concerns about package theft, consider using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Please contact us before returning an international order to receive specific instructions.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if your order has already been processed or shipped, our standard return policy applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
