Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and quantity of your ordered item, and your location.

USA Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99 USD (Standard shipping only)

Australia: 7-14 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 AUD (Standard shipping only)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and local delivery services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duty delays and/or fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at blessedscriptures@outlook.com

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

• We ship to the address you provide at checkout
• We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped
• If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately - we can only make changes before the order ships
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• PO Boxes are accepted for most items, but some larger wall art pieces may require a physical address

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging to be present for delivery or using a secure delivery location. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us at blessedscriptures@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll help track down your package.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, especially if items are fulfilled from different locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order. All items will be shipped to the same address unless otherwise arranged.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Holiday Shipping

During major holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.), shipping carriers experience high volumes and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and social media channels.
